NOTES

Some minor internal type changes for strongly typing, resulted in a slight increase in performance for the NUnit tests.

ISSUES AND FIXES

#1122: Temporary tables for CLR triggers were incorrectly named and not present as per SQL specs.
#1564: Insert Into Select * From Table caused inifinite loop.
#1591: Fixed issue with DDA filters and logic short circuit.
#1613: Fixed issue with sucessive attempts to open database after lock release not actually opening.

OTHER NON TICKETED ITEMS

Rand was not always random.

This build is being pulled due to a specific buffer copy bug that was introduced in this build.  Build 72 is the replacement for this build.
