It's always good to read articles about ADO.net.
I have gotten so used to data bound items like grids etc, I almost forgot how to manually insert a new row. If I remember correctly it's almost like using cursors... sorry couldn't resist that.

I have been trying to track down all the changes for ADO.NET in the 4.0 Framework, but there is not much solid information at this point.  I know there are slight changed for EF, and some changes in a few of the classes MS uses in their code (but not the base provider factories) to support SQL 2008.  If anyone sees the official list of changes please let me know.
