Account Management - View Support Contracts
The newly launched Account Management site includes many options for managing your licenses, installations, support contracts, and downloads.
Viewing your Support Contracts
To view a list of the support contracts associated with your serial number, you must first login to the Account Management system. After logging in choose the Serial Numbers list.

Select the link from the Support Expires column to see the details of how your support contract has reached this date.

Look at the screen shot below to see an example of the details for this particular serial number.

The Support Contract #2015 was included with the 1 Year Subscription for free. The purchase happened on 3/31/2007 and was covered through 3/31/2008.
VistaDB added a free extention for users from the end of their current subscription until Oct 15, 2008. This date was actually picked a while back when we thought the system would go live earlier. If we need to extend existing customers to give them a chance to purchase their subscription renewal we will do so, and it will show up on this screen.
Purchasing a new Support Contract
So, how do you purchase an extention for your current support contract? Well, it is a long story but the system is not live today. We will be testing and deploying this over the next few days and I will update the blog with the final walk through steps when it goes live.
