Download trouble?

Don't remember your Account number or password?

Visit the online store. In the EMAIL box enter your email address and then select the FORGOT button on the far right. If your email has been registered with us you will receive an email with your account number and password.

Download failing to start after login?

If you are having trouble downloading, please make sure that you have followed these guidelines:

  • Downloads are available for registered customers only.
  • If you are looking for the trial downloads - visit the trial download site
  • Careful not to mix the serial # with your password.
  • Cookies must be enabled in your browser security options.
  • Firewalls may need to be disabled (Windows XP firewall, Norton Firewall, Zone Alarm etc.)
  • Norton Anti-Virus AutoProtect feature needs to be disabled.
  • GetRight and other FTP download utilities should be disabled.
  • Popup blocking or proxy server software may need to be disabled.
