VistaDB 2.0 (Beta 3) status

May 1st, 2004

We are still finding and fixing bugs in the new Beta 3 code. There were many changes and we're going through the code carefully making sure everything works as expected. It will take at least one more week for us to complete this process. The new release date for Beta 3 is the week of May 10th, 2004.

We ask that everyone please be patient as we are working as diligently as possible to get this exciting new build released. As can be seen by the robustness and stability of VistaDB 2.0 Beta 1 and Beta 2, we have set a very high standard for releasing solid software. At the expensive of one more delay, we want to continue to deliver high quality builds with Beta 3, and we need a bit more time to do this.
