support. Our focus is to make VistaDB as easy-to-use as possible, which
translates into less support issues for you, our users, and more time for us to
focus on improving VistaDB. Free support is available for everyone via the
support forum and bug ticket support is provided with all subscriber issues that
require more in-depth help.
All support is electronic, there is no phone support included with any package. We are a small company and cannot provide phone based support. We are not all in the same physical location or the same time zone. By all support being online we can provide a much more reliable experience for all users.

Submit Issues and Track Issues

form to submit a bug report. Please include a .ZIP file that includes sample
application and database that clearly shows your issue. You do NOT have to login to the FogBugz system. Just submit your ticket and provide your email. You will be notified by email automatically when the ticket is updated.
